When registering for your time slot for testing from PCR Labs’ website, we will collect registration information such as:

  • your email address
  • your passport number
  • your date of birth
  • your gender
  • your ethnicity
  • your vaccination status
  • which vaccination you have received
  • date of arrival or departure
  • flight details (flight number, countries visited)

  • To process your payment for products and services
  • To communicate our offerings of products and services
  • For quality assurance purposes
  • For analysis research and marketing on an anonymised basis
  • To send to Public Health England in the event the test result is positive for COVID-19. This is a legal requirement
  • In order to be compliant with other legal requirements

What we do with your information?

  • Please note that we only disclose your information to a third party only when we need to do so to provide a service that you have requested or that we are required by law to do so. For example, if there is a positive result detected, we are required to inform Public Health England, and shall provide this authority with details that do not exceed those which are required by them
  • We do not accept any responsibility or liability for third party service providers.
  • Payments are processed by our team and we do not store any credit or debit card information.
  • We encrypt data transmitted to and from the website. However secure transmission of information via the internet cannot be fully guaranteed due to potential events beyond our control and you acknowledge transmission is at your own risk.
  • Please note that once the data is used for statistical analysis purposes it is cleared from our system.
  • If you are not happy with our response or think we are not handling your personal information in accordance with the law, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
